Questions
What is an ATS?
An applicant tracking system is the software most employers use to collect and filter applications. It reads your CV as text and looks for the job's keywords, so a good candidate with the wrong wording can be filtered out before a person sees them.
Will it add skills I don't have?
No. It rewords, reorders and trims what's in your CV. Anything the job wants that your CV doesn't show is listed as a gap for you to add yourself, only if it's true.
Named or reusable cover letter?
Use a named letter when you know the company. It reads as more personal. The reusable version is for fast applications where you send the same letter more than once.
What happens to my CV?
Your CV is sent to Retailor's server and our AI provider only to write your tailored version. Retailor doesn't keep a copy. Your drafts stay in your own browser so you can come back to them. Read the full Privacy Policy.
How much does it cost?
Your first tailored CV is free. After that you buy credits in packs: in Nigeria from ₦1,200 to ₦1,500 per CV, depending on the pack. One credit covers one job: the tailored CV, its cover letter and 5 adjustments. Prices are set for each region, and credits never expire.
Can I earn free credits?

What if something goes wrong?
